I grew up in Northern Ireland and inherited poetry from my mother, whose blue eyes would sparkle uncannily when she recited poems she'd learnt at school and from my father who had a passion to learn and was a born storyteller. My education and career focused on science, but I've never believed in divisions between subjects and disciplines. I came to live in Dundee in 1986, and found there a vibrant, creative and welcoming place.   Thank you for visiting my poetry website... here are a sample of my poems and an overview of some of the projects that have come my way.
